A driver may be too long for this dog-leg par 4, so aim a 3 wood up the left half and watch it break towards the ditch providing the shortest approach possible to the raised green.
A word of warning, do not go right off the tee as a Phil Mickleson recovery shot will be required. The green slants ferociously from back to front so a long approach will be punished.
A three or even a 4 putt from down or across the green are commonplace so if you do anything on this hole – make sure you leave yourself a nice easy two putt up the hill.
